Dr. Thomas Schneider worked in Banking, IT and Consulting within the financial industry for over thirty years. His working experience is global with focus in Switzerland. His experience spans from global companies where he resumed responsibility for more than 3000 employees to small sized companies of around 200 people.

He equally proved execution of large-scale change and innovation projects beside running operational units. Since he is covering the field of Business and IT, the successful implementation of IT Management in organizations was always at his heart. Beside his studies and PHD in Economics, he visited several Management courses, especially one for commercial mediation. Since 2016 he runs TSc Consulting AG as CEO.
